In 1969, a law firm known as Taub & Still, P.C., was established in the Detroit metropolitan area with the goal of combining the expertise, knowledge and resources of a larger law office with the personal attention and strong professional relationships delivered by smaller firms. This law firm, relocated in Farmington Hills, and later became known as Nemier, Tolari, Landry, Mazzeo & Johnson, PC, had the unique distinction of successfully handling insurance coverage litigation, commercial business disputes, and defending individuals and businesses from million-dollar personal injury lawsuits. In addition, the firm has had the privilege of representing victims of personal injury accidents in a variety of contexts, including motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, products liability, premises liability, and environmental and employment claims. The firm represents individuals and companies, both family-owned businesses and multinational organizations, through complex litigation.
In 2008, the Farmington Hills law firm was re-aligned with several principals forming the present Firm —Nemier, Mathieu, Nash & Johnson, PLLC. Keeping a primary concentration on civil litigation, the attorneys' varied backgrounds has allowed Nemier, Mathieu, Nash & Johnson, PLLC to expand its areas of practice from the above listed areas to include fields like medical malpractice, professional negligence, dram shop, fire loss, environmental/toxic torts and municipal law. Each member of the firm holds the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell of AV, helping the firm earn recognition from the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers—a distinguished honor reserved for the most respected law firms.
Today, Nemier, Mathieu, Nash & Johnson, PLLC continues to build and refine its solid reputation by providing premier legal counsel to our valued clientele.
